One of the Shichibukai, his devil fruit is unknown but he is able to control people and cut off limbs thus probably something to do with puppetry. Everything seems to amuse him and he always smiles even if things don’t really go his way. He is very strong but also a lot taller than most. He takes pleasure in twisted things and enjoys spilling blood… I wouldn’t want to meet him in a dark alley way.
Donquixote Doflamingo didn’t really care that his side was starting to lose, he only became a Shichibukai to pass time, and this wouldn’t reflect bad on him. –He smiled widely- No it would be more fun this way…
I decided to keep things short if that is okay? I hope to get accepted :3 If I do I’ll make another account. Thank you.
